"There is always two sides to the story. It takes time and communication with clients to fully understand the facts and circumstances of their case. Once I have that information, then I can be their voice."

Personal Experience

Since 2013, Elizabeth Gonzalez, has been defending the rights of individuals in the courtroom. A proven trial attorney Elizabeth has criminal and civil trial experience which has given her the ability to think "outside the box" to defend her clients. Criminal defense cases often overlap with other areas of law, such as family law, civil rights, and civil/tort law. Elizabeth's experience in all these areas allows her to see the case differently then many other criminal defense lawyers do.

Elizabeth knows the difference between being victorious at trial comes down to preparation—and that begins well before she enters the courtroom. She spends a significant amount of time investigating the case, developing a defense for her clients, and strategizing a customized plan for their own unique situations. Elizabeth also takes great pride in counseling her clients through the stages of their case because the only way a client can make an informed decision as to their case is with thorough communication and guidance.

Elizabeth's legal experience first started as a Public Defender where she defended and protected the rights of hundreds of individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony matters. Elizabeth then moved to private practice where she continued representing those with criminal matters, as well as family law and personal injury cases, including civil rights violations/excessive force, wrongful death and injury matters.  Many criminal cases overlap with other issues that involve the need for expert witnesses.  Elizabeth has the experience and network of experts in the fields of physical medicine, psychology, biomechanics, accident reconstruction to retain when the case calls for it.  Elizabeth understands what it means to fight and advocate for those who are up against all odds and have everything to lose.
